3.3 BM Parts Mall cannot be held responsible for parts ordered incorrectly due to incomplete or inaccurate vehicle information supplied by the customer.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR).

4.2 Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.3 Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and cleared.

4.4 BM Parts Mall reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock shortages, supplier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Special Order Parts

5.1 Parts specifically imported, specially ordered, or sourced on request cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded unless defective or supplied incorrectly.

5.2 Customers will be informed when an item is considered a special-order product.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the goods.

6.2 Parts correctly supplied and correctly ordered are not eligible for return or refund.

6.3 Returns may only be accepted where:

The item supplied was incorrect;
The item is defective;
The item was damaged during delivery.

6.4 Any approved return must:

Be accompanied by proof of purchase;
Be in original packaging;
Be unused and in resalable condition;
Not have been fitted, installed, modified, or damaged.

6.5 Electrical, electronic, coding-related, fuel injection, and special-order parts cannot be returned if supplied correctly.

6.6 BM Parts Mall reserves the right to inspect returned goods before approving any refund, exchange, or credit.

7. Delivery

7.1 Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

7.2 BM Parts Mall is not liable for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, customs, weather conditions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

7.3 Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any shortages or damage within 24 hours.

8. Warranty

8.1 Products supplied by BM Parts Mall are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

8.2 Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

8.3 Warranty does not cover:

Incorrect installation;
Improper use;
Neglect or abuse;
Racing or competition use;
Normal wear and tear.

8.4 Labour, towing, vehicle hire, or consequential costs are not covered under warranty.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 BM Parts Mall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9.2 Liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.

10. Privacy

10.2 BM Parts Mall will not sell customer information to third parties.

10.3 Personal information is handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.

12. Force Majeure

BM Parts Mall shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supplier delays, transport disruptions, government restrictions, or internet outages.
